Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kaia, you may return the product(s) in its original, unused, unopened condition for a full refund within 7 days from delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt & the refund will be made against the original payment method. Customer is responsible for the cost of return.
